Story

Hi guys,

As some of you may know, I lost my father, Doc, to brain cancer in 2014 and have been advocating and supporting brain cancer research ever since.

To say it's a horrible disease is an understatement and I've seen first hand how cruel and unforgiving it can be. It has one of the highest mortality rates yet only receives 5% of cancer research government funding every year.

This needs to change, and I'm going to do what I can to play a part in that, so that in time, others diagnosed with the disease and their families won't have to go through what we went through, and that one day we will find a cure.

I'm gearing up and making a difference by fundraising for a cause that's close to my heart. The Mark Hughes Foundation funds vital research and support to brain cancer patients, and I am going to Everest Base Camp and above to help raise funds for this cause!

Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to MHF. Thank you for supporting me, your donation is much appreciated.

Wish me luck!

Cheers,

Kieran
